Real estate has been part of Camee Ponder’s life from a young age. Growing up in New Mexico, she learned the value of client service from her grandmother, who owned a RE/MAX office for over 30 years. After college, Camee worked as an assistant for a Top Producer in Lubbock before earning her real estate license in 2006. Since then, she has dedicated nearly two decades to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

In addition to her sales career, Camee spent 8 years in the title industry, giving her a unique understanding of both sides of the transaction. This experience sharpened her problem-solving skills and strengthened her ability to navigate hurdles with creativity and confidence. Known for her strong negotiation skills, she has helped buyers secure homes with instant equity and guided sellers to maximize their returns at closing.

Camee has also built a trusted network of vendors and service providers to support her clients every step of the way. Having assisted more than 200 first-time homebuyers, she considers watching the excitement and sense of accomplishment at the closing table one of the most rewarding parts of her career.
